Coming Soon: Gray & Dudley

The cat's out of the bag!  Levon Wallace, formally chef of Cochon Butcher, has reunited with 21c Museum Hotels to create the new dining concept, Gray & Dudley.  

Previously in charge of Proof on Main in Louisville, Wallace moved to Nashville March 2015 to open the Germantown location of Cochon Butcher.
