Nashville | First Look At Ophelia's
It's officially that time of year again when I scroll through Instagram and think, "You're on vacation….again?" While my feed is filled with friends sipping on Aperol Spritzes, wandering through cobblestone streets, and learning to make the perfect pasta, I've discovered a little taste of Italy a little closer to home at Ophelia's Pizza + Bar.
Humble Table: A Night In Italy
Undoubtedly social media is a key part of our culture. It was only a few days ago when social media junkies experienced one of the most painful outages in history when Facebook and Instagram were down for over 14 hours. Did you panic? I immediately thought my account was hacked and incessantly tried to change my password. When I say incessant, I mean I tried for HOURS and to no avail failed miserably.

" Womp Womp. Trying to shake my winter funk, I decided to warm up at Nicky's Coal Fired.
Benvenuto Trattoria Il Mulino!
Confession: After spending a few weeks in Italy this summer, I quickly adapted to their way of life, especially the food. What am I saying? It practically turned me into a food snob. Fresh ingredients were abundant. Pasta, vegetables, and meats. Practically anything you needed for an authentic Italian meal right at your fingertips.
