Christmas came early for many as Nashville veteran chef John Stephenson re-emerged into the Music City culinary scene with the opening of his first restaurant, Hathorne, located in Sylvan Park. For my Nashville transplants and those who aren’t so familiar with this work, let me give you a little background on this notable Nashvillian.
A Nashville Classic: McCabe Pub
Since Nashville has achieved "IT" city status, the hospitality industry has grown exponentially. Nashville has become a culinary melting pot with restaurant openings becoming a weekly occurrence, making it difficult for this food blogger to keep up.
With all of the delicious new options, it's nice to revisit a classic from time to time. This week I visited an old friend, McCabe Pub.

Nashville's culinary landscape is always changing and these are questions that I am asked at least once a week by friends and co-workers. Finally, Sylvan Park has addressed all of these questions with one answer. The newest addition to the Sylvan Park neighborhood will open its doors on Tuesday, April 4th, 2017 for service.
