With temperatures creeping close to the 100-degree mark in Nashville, it’s the perfect time to pop open the bottle of rose and binge-watch Bridgerton. Stel+Mar rose was one of the many bottles I grabbed during my weekly Trader Joe’s run, and I couldn’t be more excited. This is one of the few wines that has information on the wine producer, and Wine Enthusiast rated it as a BEST BUY in 2023!
Aside from being a new bottle, I loved the label artwork. Stel+Mar has commissioned Stephanie Cheng, a Toronto-based freelance designer, illustrator, and screen printer. She does a remarkable job channeling that vintage beach vibe.

Without further ado, let’s jump into the tasting details, shall we?
Tasting Notes:
Salmon hue
Light, crisp, and refreshing
Notes of strawberry, peach, and citrus ( maybe even a hint of watermelon)
Well balanced acidity
Subtle minerality
Verdict:
This is a no-brainer, y’all. Highly rated wine, affordable price point, gorgeous label art, not to mention that a portion of all proceeds will be donated to the National Park Trust. Easily one of the best rosés I’ve had in a while, and dare I say it’s as good as Whispering Angel? Grab a bottle and let me know your thoughts!
