Knowing the number of restaurants in Nashville, that may seem ridiculous to many of you, but Arnold’s was my ride-or-die. I’d go there for a cocktail and grab a quick dinner. I don’t know about you, but I am thrilled that the holidays are behind us.
Before you start making a face, hear me out. I love spending time with friends and family and celebrating all the things, but the last few months have been absolutely grueling. Who knew that brunches, happy hours, dinner parties, and nights out on the town could be so exhausting? Hell, my credit card statement reads as if it was a food diary. In fact, the real heroes of the holidays were the button and zipper on my jeans. They were holding on for dear life, but I am grateful they didn’t burst open at the most inopportune time.
